- Since 1994, the Lotus Festival has brought great world music and art to downtown Bloomington. The festival occurs at multiple downtown locations, including The Bluebird, the Buskirk-Chumley Theatre, and several stages and tents sponsored by local businesses and organizations along 3rd, 4th, 5th (Kirkwood Ave), and 6th Streets.
